    Bolton Group reached an agreement to acquire Madel

    Following the acquisition of Wild Planet Foods in the United States, Bolton Group announced that it has reached an agreement to acquire Madel, an Italian family business and leader in Home Care products with low environmental impact.

    Bolton Group is proud to announce that it has reached an agreement to acquire the Italian family business Madel.
    Madel has been manufacturing and selling a wide range of Home and Personal Care products in the Italian market for over 40 years and is a leader in environmental sustainability thanks to its flagship Home Care brand Winni’s.
    This new acquisition will be completed after approval by the relevant anti-trust authorities and will allow Bolton Group to significantly strengthen its position and become the leading green player in the Home Care market in Italy.

    Following the acquisition of Wild Planet Foods in the United States, Bolton Group continues its sustainability-driven growth strategy with the acquisition of a company known for its strong commitment to creating green and high-quality products. Our Group will also acquire important know-how in the research and development of green products and will also strengthen its production capacity with the integration of Madel’s production site. At the same time, Bolton will continue to support the Winni’s, Pulirapid, Disinfekto and Smacchiotutto brands, ensuring solid growth within its target market.
