Bolton Supports Local Communities in Ecuador and Morocco
Over the past two years, Bolton Group has launched two programmes designed to support the local communities that work in our plants in Ecuador and Morocco. The main goal of these projects is to enable our colleagues and their families to have easier access to a more efficient health and education system.
Ecuador
In Ecuador, over the course of 2019-20, we’ve helped more than 2,300 children through scholarships, summer camps, and school support programmes. On the health side, 25% of our colleagues were able to access consultations with paediatricians, gynaecologists, psychologists, and physiotherapists.
Morocco
In Morocco, we’ve supported over 1,200 children through various scholarships and after-school support programmes, while our colleagues have benefitted from private insurance, eye tests, and urgent medical care.
